One of the foundational works of Western literature, transformed into a piece of functional art.
This edition of Homer’s The Odyssey has been individually rebound by hand in genuine leather and deeply embossed with artwork inspired by Odysseus’ legendary voyage home.
The front cover depicts an ancient Greek ship fighting through a violent sea, framed with classical Greek ornamentation and laurel. The spine continues the story in a series of individually detailed panels, while the reverse depicts one of the most iconic encounters of the epic — Odysseus and his men confronting the Cyclops.
THE BINDING
Each cover is individually made, deeply embossed, creating actual relief that can be seen and felt across the artwork.
